For many years, I taught a group fitness class at a leading NYC health club that combined yoga, tai chi, and pilates. I also love weightlifting and cardio kickboxing, but running never interested me. Everyone is different! Let's work together to find an approach to exercise that is optimally healthful, sustainable, and enjoyable, for you.
